Gemma Collins is a beautiful lady in many ways - when she smiles she lights up the room, she's got luscious long hair brighter than the sun and her bubbly personality wins us over when she appears on The Only Way Is Essex on a Sunday and Wednesday night.

But our love for her has reached new levels after she performed some spectacular moves while on the beach in Dubai recently.

The reality star was clearly enjoying her holiday in the sun and seemed overcome with so much excitement she literally exploded with energy and started sprinting across the sand, as you do.

She wore a black and white striped swimming costume with a floral pattern at the bottom and her blonde hair whipped about like she was some sort of amazing sea Goddess as she ran around.

MIAMI, Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Canadian pop star Justin Bieber has reportedly rejected a plea deal offered by Miami prosecutors regarding his DUI case.

Justin Bieber and Miami Beach prosecutors will NOT strike a plea deal in his DUI case ... and sources connected with the case say a trial is now almost certain.

TMZ broke the story ... prosecutors are offering a no contest plea to reckless driving, with strings attached ... notably Justin must submit to random drug testing for 6 to 9 months.  Sources connected with Bieber say they will NOT accept any plea that has probationary terms ... especially drug testing.

Now law enforcement sources tell us ... they will not deal if Justin does not agree to random drug testing ... period.  As a result, both sides are at an impasse.

With a plea deal all but off the table, a trial is likely.  Law enforcement sources acknowledge there are problems with the arresting officers ... the fact that he may have lied when he said he smelled alcohol on Justin's breath (he blew a .014).  And another cop claimed Justin was drag racing (at 27 MPH).

Nonetheless ... we're told prosecutors are not afraid of trying the case.  And Justin's famed lawyer, Roy Black, is ready for a courtroom battle.

At stake -- Justin could be tried for 3 offenses ... DUI, resisting arrest, and driving on an expired license.  Worst case scenario -- 2 1/2 years in jail.

That seems to be the general reaction to news that Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have separated: Why didn't she dump his sorry ass months ago?

You know that thing that happens in celebrity break-ups, where everyone attempts to remain fair and objective and not take sides?

It's so not happening in this case.

No matter where you turn or what you read, the consensus is that Thicke, 36, is a dog and Patton, 38, is well rid of him.

Bottom line: It's like he threw it all away.

How did Robin Thicke get to be such a contempt magnet? Since the announcement late Monday that his marriage is over, the shade being thrown Thicke's way is astounding.

Everyone has a bad word to say about the guy.

And you can't help thinking it may be well-deserved.

Thicke has been building a public bad-boy rep for about a year, ever since his Blurred Lines became the big hit of 2013 — this despite strong reaction to the misogynist song lyrics and rapey vibe. The follow-up music video was controversial for nudity and annoying for its jokey references to Thicke's large penis. So subtle.

And then there was Thicke's Blurred Lines duet with Miley Cyrus at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards. We all know how that turned out.

Too bad Thicke followed up that public debacle by being photographed playing grab-ass with some blonde fan. Most recently, he was photographed nuzzling a pretty stranger on the dance floor at a Paris nightclub. In a world where everyone's phone is a camera, his behaviour is indiscreet, arrogant, thoughtless and just plain stupid.

And how much fun could it have been for Paula Patton to be Alan Thicke's daughter-in-law? That minor Canadian celebrity was recently quoted offering this cute advice to his son Robin: “I told him, ‘You’re a power couple now. If you only adopt a few Ethiopian kids, you’d be the next Brangelina.’” Ha, ha! Charming.

If you wanted to speculate, you might guess that Thicke couldn't handle his newfound celebrity. You'd think he'd be grateful to have finally caught up with his wife — Patton decided to pursue acting and was an immediate success, making her debut in Hitch in 2005 and going on to star in such hit films as Idlewild, Deja Vu, Precious, 2 Guns and Mission Impossible - Ghost Protocol. She was far more famous than he for a very long time.

Maybe in some essential way he can never catch up with her.

The couple has been together since they met as teens, when she was 15 and he was 14. It's interesting that Thicke defends his behaviour by referencing Patton and their great romance. After the photo that showed him groping a fan turned up, Thicke said, “My only comment about the so-called scandalous photo would be that my wife and I are perfectly in love and very happily married, so, no complaints there.”

You'd assume he'd never mess with that. Or maybe he thought the relationship was indestructible?

He liked to brag about having, "The most functional, dysfunctional marriage in Hollywood,” whatever that means.

Or meant, rather.
